The Route Management Internship Program provides non-graduates between the ages of 18 and 22 the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a variety of career fields.
The Interns will follow a rotation program which will allow them to spend time working in and observing different departments.
Departments may vary from group to group and or city to city, however, it will typically include the following departments:
- Debtors and Creditors
- Finance
- Financing
- Health & Safety
- Human Resources
- Imports and Exports
- Logistics
- Parts Depots
- Procurement
- Production
- Rental
- Sales and Marketing
